Our Library
The Library at the Visual Arts Center holds over 3,000 books and periodicals, plus an ever-growing collection of instructional videos and DVDs. Our collection includes topics about art history, instruction in various media, design & composition, lives and works of the masters and many more titles. Instructional videos include those from Helen Hayes, Daniel Greene and many other renowned teachers.
We subscribe to American Artist, The Artist, Watercolor and International Artist just to name a few. The library consists mainly of donations of gently used materials, so please consider donating your extra books, magazines and videos. Watch for our sale rack, as when we receive duplicates, we sell them at excellent prices.
The library is open to the public during normal library hours; however, only VAC members may check out items.
